At Pawsindia, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the fit or style isn't perfect, you can return or exchange eligible fashion items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair, with all original tags and packaging intact for a successful inspection.

  Package & Ship

  Securely pack the items and download the prepaid shipping label provided; a courier partner will be scheduled for a doorstep pickup within 24-48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
